Our Story
Seats was born through a love of great food and great service.
Opening in 2018 we initially had the idea of having a few seats in a small section of our butchers shop, cooking and serving the great meat we were already selling. 6 years on and a refurbishment later Seats has gained it's own identity as a small independent village bistro serving delicious locally sourced dishes. Our menu by day offers breakfast, brunch and lunch dishes and the evenings are dedicated to dry aged steaks, burgers and seasonal specials. Sundays are dedicated to our roasts and have had national recognition on multiple occasions.
Today, Seats and Robinsons butchers are still run by the same family who opened the first Robinsons butchers in 1905 in Wolverhampton city centre. We look forward to welcoming you soon..
BOOK A TABLE
For bookings we ask for card details to hold using a secure encrypted 3rd party (stripe) and they are used if needed in line with our terms and conditions.
Important note - when you submit your card details, many banks now require you to authenticate the process in your banking app or via a text. Please ensure after completing the authentication that you return to this page, as doing so will complete the reservation. If you do not take this final step and do not receive a confirmation email, the reservation hasn’t been made.
